ACORD/CITS Web-Based Training

This web-based training course will cover topics related to ACORD and CITS. Topics will include

• Basic ACORD object structure, structures of different data types, relating information, basic transaction structure, ACORD change process

• CITS minimum versus additional data, file naming conventions, types of CITS transactions, mapping issues, versioning of guides, approval process, CAIR overview

There is an expectation that participants have a basic knowledge of XML.

CITS Inforce Phase 2 Web-Based Training

CLIEDIS is hosting web-based training related to the CITS Inforce Phase 2 Implementation Guide. Topics will include :

• Specific issues related to the CITS Inforce implementation guides: Scope and business requirements, data elements requirements in detail, the XML structure, processing requirements (e.g. request/response scenario used) and exceptions to the common CITS rules, and potential pitfalls and “gotchas” to look out for based on implementation experience.

• Differences between Inforce Phase 1 and Phase 2

There is an expectation that participants have a basic knowledge of XML and ACORD/CITS.
