QA Overview

CLIEDIS has developed a process for addressing Quality Assurance issues related to CITS (Canadian Insurance Transaction Standardization) electronic data feeds) and a forum for discussing these issues.

The goal is to address issues as a result of poor data quality, programming errors and possible miscommunications between sender and receiver. CLIEDIS will not have authority to require producers of the CITS feeds to address issues communicated to CLIEDIS.

CLIEDIS members are invited to submit problems by signing into the CLIEDIS website and going to the QA problem submission page. Members can keep view the status of issues on the Issue Report Status page.
