Summit Meeting Notes
The summit meeting notes are as they were transcribed in the meeting. Scribes were instructed to capture as stated, NOT to edit statements. The objective is to give a feel of the meeting discussions. The sessions were facilitated in a highly structured manner. In addition, the attendees were given “preparation” materials, which were used as the basis for the structure of the sessions and the note taking. Attendees collectively decided on the input that would then be delivered to the Plenary sessions.
